I'm so excited you're here. I've always had a passion for spirituality, but it wasn't until I started my business that I truly understood the importance of self-awareness and how it impacts every area of our being. 

Through trauma and transition I found medtiation and spirituality to be incredibly healing. It became a staple for me to reflect and ground my actions to recieve more clarity and inner guidance as I grew my business. As a service-based coach, I saw so many of my clients struggling to  balance their life, their businesses and their spiritual journey. 

Most women I spoke with felt unfulfilled, disconnected from their inner wisdom, and were seeking more clarity. Enter Refined Ritual, this idea started with me handing out all the tools and practices I recieved from others over the years to my clients, only to realize that others really needed this support as well. 

Our Refined Ritual boxes are meant for women in business & forentrepreneurs to explore their own self-awareness, deepen their connection to spirituality and what it means to them while ultimately create more alignment & abundace in their world.
